I consider myself an amateur, but I think most of my friends consider me at a medium-pro level. I grew up around cooking, so it's a bit easier for me than I think others that didn't grow up around it.
Just about everything... Middle Eastern, Thai, Japanese (including sushi), Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, French, Italian, classic Spanish and Mexican, um, you name it.
Because I cook and I dine in NYC. And I love doing both, very much so! Especially with and/or for good friends. :D
