Yoga for Runners!

Join Amy Beleyrian, our enthusiastic registered yoga teacher and runner on Monday at our College Ave store for a 60 minute basic yoga class that will highlight the benefits for runners. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable attire for moving in all directions, and a positive attitude. All are welcome. The class is free, but space is limited so please RSVP to reserve your spot!
