My name is Bobbi Palmer. I'm The Dating and Relationship Coach for Women Over 40. I created this group to bring resources and opportunities to help women over 40 learn how to have fun dating and find a special guy to share a loving relationship. Also, to help you connect with other fabulous women.
If you are a smart, independent women who has built a good life for yourself…yet you know your life could be even fuller if you could find that man who adores and fulfills you…this group is for you.
NOTE: I host two Meetup groups: LA and Long Beach. See below for details on each to decide which suits your needs. If you can attend all meetings…all the better!

This is a safe place where we come together with open minds and open hearts. It's an opportunity to be positive and constructive about our differences with men and how we can make each other happy.
It's one night a month dedicated to YOU. It’s a fun way to break the Mystery of Man, meet other women, share if you want to, learn from each other and from experts, be yourself and just have a nice time. Oh, and delight in a yummy nosh and glass of wine.
Our members are generally over 40, and range to 70s. If that's you, and you're hoping to find a loving and meaningful relationship…this is a great group for you. (We do have some gals in their 30's btw.)

We share wine here, not whine. This night is a positive, optimistic, mature, loving experience for women who like and adore men and want to get to know them better to improve their relationships.
We have a no-show policy. After two no-shows you will be asked to leave the group. Please be respectful and change your RSVP to NO by 10AM the day of the meeting or you will be logged as a no-show.

Logistics for my groups and events:
I have two Meetup groups: this one and Grownup Girls' Night Out for Single Women Over 40, which meets in the Westwood/Santa Monica area. I rotate meetings each month between the two. Our meetings will vary in format and content. Some will be awesome day-long events and workshops; others meetings and get togethers at private homes for coaching and conversation on particular topics.
I host special events and lectures all around Southern California. So join the group that best suits your general geographic location. If you can't make regular meetings, stay on the list so you find out about special events.
If you have a location you know of where we can host a meeting in these or other areas, please get in touch.
To support the expense of maintaining the group and planning events, there will be a $10 charge for meetings. For special events it may be more.
We have a no-show policy: We often have a waiting list. If you can not make a meetup change your RSVP no later than SIX HOURS before the meeting. If you are a no-show twice you will be asked (sadly) to leave the group. I hate having this no-show policy but it's a must as this group gets more and more popular. This policy applies to both groups.
