Opening of new Maritime Museum Helsingør (in old dock)

Let us meet in the lobby of Kulturværftet and participate in one of the big events this year: opening if the Maritime Museum in Helsingør near Kronborg.
It will serve the whole region as a knowledge center and an interesting place to visit. Historically maritime life is has been essential for both cities.

It seems to be first rainy then sunshine, so bring raincoat, umbrella and rubberboots (or good shoes)

The inauguration by H.M. the Queen will take place at 13h30.

There will be free entrance from 15h30. Meanwile from 14h  I  will make a guided tour in the buildings around and center of Helsingør.

For those who like this guided tour we meet beside the museum in the lobby of Kulturværftet (the old shipyard building near the water, with white iron cubes on the front), the entrance for Bibliotek. (there is a cafe entrance also). For hungry stomachs let us pass by a cafe on the guided tour).

My number is [masked] (please send SMS)

PS. if you buy  10 tickets/fares for Sscandlines you get them cheaper (24dkk/trip). May be worth if you go together.

There is also Knejpefestival in Helsingør. Knejpe is the old German/Nordic word for a cafe/bodega/værtshus where mainly beer is consumed. There will be very nice music and happy people. Here is the program (see under Lørdag/Saturday - some of you may like to take advantage of this. Entry at own expense. http://knejpe-festival.dk/helsingors-musik-program/

In IPC International People's College there is a performance night - find IPC on Facebook and read more.
