How can we create safety around us so that we can be ourselves, where our vulnerability will be honored?

The exercises look at focus, active listening, responding without fixing, sharing time.

What is love, What is Intimacy? What are we saying when we hug? What is the person saying who is hugging us? How can we make a space of safety for people to express themselves?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
