This is a group for anyone interested in getting healthy and active! We started this group to help our community save money on gym memberships so that they could afford to buy healthier foods to support their healthy, active lifestyle. :) We are NOT certified personal trainers, just people who love being healthy and active and want to help other folks do the same based on what we've learned!
Open to all levels of fitness - whether you have 200+lbs to lose or want to get lean and toned, there are instructors for all levels. :) Looking forward to meeting other people on their journey of becoming the BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES! :)
