Al you did a great job of planning the day
    Thanks

Had a good time. Had chance to use a new kayak, which worked out well. It was an extra large group this time, so the socializing was especially animated. Too bad the wind had died down the trip back, we we missed having the tail wind giving us a free ride home. :-)

This was a challenging but awesome paddle for me on the way out. I can't say it wasn't exciting; and it certainly wasn't boring. Thanks Al for everything; such a beautiful spot.
Charlie, thank you for lending me Julie's boat. It was cool to be in a rec boat in choppy seas once I got over the terror. Lol. Great to see everyone as always. Left the picnic starving though. :-)

    Had a wonderful time.
THANK AL, FOR EVERYTHING HE DOES TO PUT THESE GREAT MEET-UPS TOGETHER.
WE WON'T HAVE SUCH GREAT TIMES IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM.

  • KAYAKING CT-MA-RI Sea & Riv A.

Its good to see all of you can handle 10 K headwinds and 1 foot waves for 1 mile or so, it was worth it in the end to a nice beach and hike feature. The BBQ and fire location finished off the day perfectly. (there was even a dance cage there for a few of us to try out).
Thanks to all that came out for this trip and its locations, you all add to making these events good and unique also.

Man, I really needed to buy new brake pads from NAPA, too - I'm not going to be able to make the paddle this weekend. I seem to have caught a bug and need to stay in bed all day. With soup. And probably ice cream. Have fun, guys!
