Hi Everyone,

This meetup event is now filled and can't take anymore RSVP's.  If you are on the yes list and do not plan on attending you must remove yourself two weeks ahead of time so that the restaurant has ample time to make adjustments.

The parking lot by the hike has limitations also.

Airline Trail History:  The airline trail takes its name from the imaginary line drawn from New York to Boston, through the “air” so to speak, to illustrate the shortest possible route between these two cities.  It’s an abandoned railroad line, passing through forests, rock-cuts, meadows and borders wetlands and marsh areas. Several rivers and streams are crossed with two viaducts that provide wonderful views of the area.

Great to see you all! I realized that how much I miss each off you my friends.
Dear Al, I thank you very much for invitation, it was such a great place to meet for Barbara's birthday. Happy Birthday Dear Barbara, you pick very nice place, second floor private room for 33 people with delicious meals at Nu Nu's Bistro. We should plan to go there again.
I am so sorry that all summer I keep my self busy and I missed spending quality time doing all the fun things with you. Hoping to see you more often.

I am so sorry, I have been up all night with a new dog, I though it would go good, but he really has disrupted the house, can not leave him alone with out him going bonkers...........

Jeff, you have my sympathy. Sounds like your new dog has a serious case of separation anxiety. He feels abandoned by his previous owner, so he is not going to let you get away. I got my pooch another dog companion and a cat. That way I could go to work and come home and the house would still be in one piece. Good luck.

Running late with Vincent. At worst will see you at the restaurant if we don't catch up to you. It is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. Homemade every thing. Looks like rain soon here in Niantic.

Mom having (minor) surgery Friday, so suddenly not certain if I'll be free Sunday morning for hike and/or brunch, thus freeing up my rsvp in time for the waiting list.
IF I am free Sunday morning for the hike and/or brunch, and IF there are last-minute openings, I'll re-sign up at that time. Have fun!

Will plan on joining you all for the hike even if I don't clear the waitlist for the brunch.

    Yay Barb.

Barb. Since we are hiking first, are we going to be properly dressed for the brunch?

    November 6, 2013

  • Betty A.

Sorry, i can not attend. something came up with my son. hopefuly we have another thing i can attend.

    November 4, 2013

Have moved the waitlist people to the yes list. I've booked the additional room. Please remove yourself if you are not going to go!

The facility has 22 seats in one of the rooms. HOWEVER, there is another room which holds 12-16. If we can get at least 12 people on the waiting list, then we can open this up for 12 more people. On the other hand, if you signed up and do not plan on going then please remove yourself so that others can be moved into the attending space. I do not want to be in the embarrassing predicament of reserving rooms at this nice establishment and not have enough people. You have to realize that if they think that they are having a big group, then they will be cooking for a big group.

    Fond regards,
