Healthy-Tennis: Celebrate 1. year Anniversary of H-T since November 2012. There'll be lot of freebies starting as this another free event and it will follow till end of the month November and possibly extended till end of the year, with tasting sessions, new treadmill footwork sessions etc., ask for details at H-T event. This'll be weekend tennis mingle with a difference. Packed with activities and challenges. This is a great opportunity for you to both enjoy the sport you love and socialise with other players – you could even meet a tennis buddy for hitting practice! This is a relaxed gathering, and more about having fun than serious competition. I will also show you how to make the session be productive with others of different ages, ability and level of tennis. There'll be 1 or more courts. I'll get small tennis nets and soft balls as well to use if kids around.

Level of Fitness catered for: All Levels; Complete Beginners who haven't exercised in decades to Hardcore Athletes.
Snack Location: Any Cafe or easy, small restaurant with healthy options nearby tennis courts location.
About the organiser: I am a highly experienced tennis coach who has studied and worked with some of the best tennis minds in the business. I am especially skilled at enabling players of all abilities to quickly realise their potential, learn the necessary skills and build a solid and dynamic game. I believe that tennis is an excellent activity that truly unites the body and the mind, creating endless potentials for mastery of the sport and also self-development. Finally, I am a great believer in an holistic approach to sport, integrating a keen interest in nutrition, psychology and general well-being.
