One of the answers: through a series of physical and mindfulness exercises such as deep stretching, breathing, relaxation and moving meditation. Give it a try! Join us to change your energy and to create the life you want!

**Please dress comfortably so you can move freely for physical activities. This workshop is free of charge, while you must RSVP to attend. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for warm-ups.**
