How to write a damn good Business Plan? ;-)

This Even is Full I will organize an other one after CNY please do not register (But you can register on the "How to write a damn good Business Plan (after Chinese New Year)". We want to keep a decent amount of interaction.

If you have your own plan or need a plan. We can have a one on one. Just contact me.

Hi,

I'm doing one more round for people people that couldn't join the first event as we are full. It will be the same principle of first come first served (only 5 seats).

You have a business idea?
You need funding for new or exiting business?
You would like to create a strategic path for the coming 3 years?

Join me for a coffee and I will introduce you to a method that has shown results over the last 4 years.

Agenda:
- What is a Business Plan?
- Reasons to develop a Business Plan?
- Do I really need a business plan at this stage?
- What should I include in this plan?
- Final Document
- Tips and resources
- Q&A along the discussion

Details:
For quality reasons and to avoid event management. This event will only be organized in small groups from 1 to 3 people (I don't mind repeating) but I want a rich interaction not a monologue to 20 people.

Duration: Around 90 minutes to 2 hours.

This event is free.

See you soon.

Kind regards,

Laurent

    Hi there,

I'm so sorry for the late notice, but I am having a nightmare getting out of the office and I don't think I'm going to be able to make it. Really sorry! I really hope to attend next time.

    Thanks very much,
    Natalie

Hi Natalie, It's fine you can register for after CNY. You can also go on my meet up group "Hong Kong Business Planning and Performance Management for SME" Through which I will organize a weekly event. I will do less event on this current group because I think i'm organizing too many event and I don't want to "take over" this group.

Ok no problem! Just register to the CNY session and I will post a date after the festival. Due to the success of the event (and the passed event) I also decided to open my own group. You might have more update: "Hong Kong Business Planning and performance Management for SME" - I will hold regular small group meet up there.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
