咖啡烘焙入門基礎班 (初班)

為有興趣了解及學習咖啡烘焙的會員而設,適合家用式烘焙學習。導師為取得專業資格的咖啡烘焙商,課程中你會認識咖啡生豆,如何分辨咖啡生豆的優劣,學習咖啡豆烘焙的基本原理,並以家用烘豆機作示範,了解烘焙過程。小班授課,每班6-10人。課程費用已包括材料費。

 

課程內容:

  1. 導師會講解分別咖啡生豆的知識,分辨咖啡生豆的優劣,咖啡豆的原生種與變種。
  2. 辦識精品豆、商業豆、不良豆及風味評鑒
  3. 探討烘焙概念
  4. 烘焙機結構與烘焙原理
  5. 咖啡豆的芳香成份及烘焙過程的熱分解、聚合反應
  6. 並以手網烘焙法、家用烘豆機及玩家級烘焙機作示範,讓大家明白咖啡豆烘焙基本原理和烘焙過程。
  7. 此外,大家亦會即場品嚐新鮮烘焙咖啡和品嚐相同咖啡豆在不同烘焙程度下的味道差異,使能掌握不同咖啡豆的特性。

日期:2013年4月20日及4月27日,星期六下午
時間:下午2:30-5:00
上課地點:九龍灣
費用:全課程900港元(共5小時,包括材料費)

If you want to start roasting your own coffee beans at home — or are at all interested in how beans are roasted — join this upcoming classes.  We are getting a class from a professional teacher who owns a micro-roaster and selling freshly roasted specialty coffee & C.O.E. beans.

Small class size, 6-10 persons per class. Course fee including material cost. Each course will have 2 lessons, 2.5 hours each.

Beginner Course: HK$900 (5 hours)
Date: Apr/20 & Apr/27, 2013 (SATs)
Time: 2:30pm-5:00pm
Venue: Kowloon Bay

Teaching Language: Cantonese

Since we need a minimum of 6 persons to form a class. We need a 50% deposit for RSVP confirmation.
