Hong Kong Professional Coffee Association, the national body of World Siphonist Championship (WSC) will organise the Hong Kong Siphonist Championship on 5 September 2013.
The Champion will represent Hong Kong in the Grand Final World Siphonist Championship held by the Specialty Coffee Association of Japan.
Event Format: Each competitor serves a single blended coffee and signature beverage using siphon brewer in 15 minutes during competition. A panel of seven qualified judges evaluated the sensory part of the drink, as well as the siphonists’ techniques, presentation, cleanliness and service skills.
