it depends on my mood.. I drink French press for a long time.. recently switched back to bialetti stove up. It's not so much about "how" as much as the quality of the beans. I love specialty coffee although cost-prohibiting. So I just drink mass consumer Arabic beans (dark or medium roast).. mostly from by Seattle roasters. I drink stumptown from four seasons back home. Yeah, I am from Portland.. capital of coffee roasters.
I can honestly say I can't live without coffee. My daily ritual before brushing my teeth.. grind the bean... Bialetti or French press.
