This past month, members have been asking for more information on how to use social media but more importantly, how to manage social media channels by themselves or with a small team.

We all know, that social media is an important strategy for lead generation and public relations. But...we know it can take a lot of time and effort and SMEs can't afford to hire a full on agency.

The problem: Businesses want to spend less time on social media and whatever time they use, it is used effectively.

In this session, we will look at:

1) Tools you can use on your computer, tablet or mobile phone to help you manage your social media platforms

2) Pros and cons of each tool

3) Providing lightening response times to comments on postings

All information focused to save time and do it yourself!

Our events are not ultra technical, as we anticipate a wide range of members with a lot to a little experience. If we identify areas where members want a high tech, geek session, we will create those on demand.

The format for this meeting will be one morning in person event every month and online events , which will be geared towards training on something useful for the community. Additional events will be held as time and demand permits.
