We all know, that social media is an important strategy for lead generation and public relations. But...we know it can take a lot of time and effort and SMEs can't afford to hire a full on agency.
The problem: Businesses want to spend less time on social media and whatever time they use, it is used effectively.
In this session, we will look at:
1) Tools you can use on your computer, tablet or mobile phone to help you manage your social media platforms
2) Pros and cons of each tool
3) Providing lightening response times to comments on postings
