For our CTO role we’re looking for someone with both ideas and the ability to implement them and has at least 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails. Additionally we need evidence that you have experience in scaling a high performance web app, are comfortable with system administration and have good skills with MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git and Ruby test frameworks.

As our development plans include a mobile site for Teamly, as well as integrations or extensions for browsers, Google Apps and Outlook, experience in any of these areas would be attractive.

For junior roles we are more interested in your enthusiasm and desire to learn than exactly what skills you have right now, although again Ruby on Rails is essential.

Proof: We’re looking to see examples of open source, or past projects you have completed.

Where: London or San Francisco bay area; no teleworking.

Remuneration: Variable; depending on experience. Long term: share options so that we are all aligned and motivated to create a great business.
