Followed by a presentation on the MELT Method - with Leah Becker at 8:30 pm

New research reveals that tension gets trapped in our connective tissue, which surrounds every joint, muscle, nerve, bone and organ causing dehydration and cellular damage. This creates a domino effect leading to aches and stiffness and common health issues such as neck and low back pain, headaches, insomnia, digestive problems, and injury. Accelerated aging and chronic health problems can follow. MELT techniques stimulate connective tissue to re-hydrate, release tension and reverse the trend. Feel the benefits of MELT in just one class. Leah Becker, certified MELT Method instructor will present the MELT Hand and Foot self treatment.

Presentation summary: The MELT Hand and Foot presentation will take approximately 1 hour. Everyone will be provided with a set of 3 MELT balls. The MELT ball techniques for hands are best done on a table. The MELT foot techniques are done with balls on the floor. Suggested donation $10.

Leah Becker is a Certified Muscular Therapist with 20 years experience. She is also a certified Pilates instructor teaching since 2000 and a Restorative yoga instructor since 2009. Leah is most excited to teach MELT Method since 2012, when she was certified by Sue Hitzmann, author of The MELT Method.

Hi my name is Shawna, and I am currently on a nutritional health kick (well am trying to be), and to be honest am always looking to meet new people in a setting where learning can be augmented. Finding this on meetup and saying yes to an invitation felt like a logical choice to make. Thanks, I hope you don't mind if I join!?

Hi - dinner is problematic for me, but I'm interested in the MELT method. Would it be possible to skip the dinner part of the evening and just attend the presentation?
