SURFER'S STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING PROGRAM

Virginia Beach BE-Fit and South Beach Gym will be hosting a Surfing Specific Strength and Conditioning Training Program
Saturdays Mornings 8AM at South Beach Gym
- for surfers interested in improving their health, their body, and their surfing, so they can boost health and performance, surf with more energy, and improve their lives.
- The goal is to help you improve upon yourself, so that you can not only surf more, but also become more injury resistant to the rigors of surfing and every day living.
*Every Saturday for 10 weeks.
* First session is weigh in's, body measurements and workout. Plus individual meal plans will be designed around your personal goals.
*$200 for 10 sessions, groups of 5 required.
