Can you address managing specification documents in an Agile environment for a complex application? I know a lot of people say ditch specs and use prototyping, but I am expected to create detailed documentation. Things are getting developed against conversations--which is very Agile--but the team is not always on the same page. Then the specs get pulled out during QA to test against and you guessed it--lot's of stuff needs fixing to meet specs. Is this just the nature of the beast???
