I would like to find more successful ways to change my habits, and make it easier to be productive in my freelance business. However, I do have one trick that I use for getting to the gym in the morning: I lay out my workout shorts on my desk, and immediately put them on in the morning. The article of clothing acts as a trigger, and makes it much easier for me to get out the door and to the gym!
