BJ Fogg gave a great talk at SXSW with Ramit Sethi. IN his talk, Dr. Fogg suggested incorporating simple positive behavior changes in your daily routine. Example, everytime you go to the bathroom, do two pushups in between sitting on the toilet and washing your hands. Simple change that can easily become habit with repetition.
