Arduino Hackers

The Arduino meetup group meets at Hacker Lab on the first and third Thursdays of every month.

The idea is that you show up after 5 PM with the equipment you need to work:

- your laptop

- a USB cable

- Bring an Arduino card. They are available at Radio Shack for a reasonable price.

Work on a project or help someone with their project. We are here to learn together, and to work together on huge projects.

For each meeting, a subject will be announced at least a week before the meeting. At the meeting we will announce a challenge based on that subject. If you are interested, you can participate in trying to accomplish the challenge with everyone working together.

Thank you, and happy hacking!

It was great to meet all, it makes me more excited about Arduino I haven't purchased one yet but now I know I want to. Wish we had had a little time to talk about I2C but since it was our first time seems that getting to meet-and-greet was the important thing to do. Hope to see all of you around and eventually do some project together.

Well, I have various components at Hacker Lab, like a selection of resistors, LEDs, small motors, breadboards, etc. It's probably always a good idea to have a small collection of parts, but no immediate rush.

What additional items would you suggest, as in components?
