Hackers and Founders Wellington May Meetup

Come along to the third Hackers and Founders Wellington Meetup. It will be a informal meetup. This is a casual and informal session at the Southern Cross. The event starts at 6.30pm, but feel free to show up later if you can't make it at the time. We should be around from 6.30 to about 9pm. Look for the orange 'H' once inside. We'll be at the back of the bar in the outdoor area. As you enter the outdoor area, turn right and head for the long tables. There will be a big orange "H" logo on the table. Here is the Google Street View of the location We're all up for conversation, so please introduce yourself to anyone with a name tag. Let us what you're working on or what interests you and join the conversation. Topics of conversation: Latest tech news, startups, our companies, shiny new technologies that we're interested in, etc.... We're pretty informal and casual. Many of us are either interested in founding a startup, in the process of founding a startup or are serial entrepreneurs. If this sounds interesting, feel free to stop by, have a nice drink and jump in. Please RSVP so that I know numbers to book tables if needed.

Interesting people. Good venue. Thank you for the H signs - the Cross is a big place to find a small group. Well done Thong.

Sorry I didn't make it (again), biking to Eastbourne afterwards just seems too intimidating, but I'll make it sometime - question: is this mainly a software / internet group or more diverse than that? I have a background and interest in electronics and science research as well as software / web and would like to explore outside the software sphere as well if possible.
