Arrive early so you can be accommodated in the auditorium which seats about 250. Late arrivals may be seated in an overflow room with a video feed that seats 250 people.

A few weeks ago, we sent out a survey asking Hackers & Founders what your biggest challenge was to growing your startup. You said "gaining traction", including marketing and sales.

When we saw read the survey results, we immediately asked Rand Fishkin to speak. His company, SEOMoz, has been helping startups to solve their traction and marketing problems for 10 years. He is one of the world's leading experts on online marketing and we are honored to invite him to the Microsoft stage.

This was an awesome event, met so many outstanding people, and Rand's presentation really helped me with my question despite approaching it with a fictitious "Escort Service" business model :-) By the way, did anyone record this on video?
