What's your favorite development, technology, or website making the world a better place?

How will you make the world a better place?

By using GAIuS, an artificial general intelligence framework. We believe this is the holy grail of artificial intelligence and will be able to contribute to medecine, economics, government, robotics, industry and a whole lot of other fields. We've already started making progress!

Hi, My name is Sevak Avakians. I am a physicist and the developer of an AGI framework called "GAIuS" and founder of Intelligent Artifacts (http://intelligen...). We plan on changing the world for the better!

thanks again for the presentation last week. Where is the gaius link? Or do you need to email it directly? Also I'd love help out with GAIuS in any way, but I don't know how someone of my awesome level of expertiselessness could benefit you. Now if you need some labels printed...then I am your gal.

I need your email address to invite you on linked in if it not on your profile. If it is not, please provide it to me. Otherwise, you can look me up on linked in and use mine [masked] to invite me. Please respond.

Thank you Sevak, my email is [masked], I work at Mount Sinai Hospital, is there any way I can learn more from you about this. I am intersted in doing some research and see if this will work, but I need some help.

I work on several PC based softwares that analyze moving images, is it possible to integrate these platforms together, may be I am asking too generic questions, deeply interested to know more...

Hi Sevak, thats great, I need to dwell on this a little bit more. Perhaps I need to understand these applications more, I am just a toddler who is aiming high :), thank you very much, I am looking forward to meet you...Partho

I was very impressed by your software for AI; I am quite familiar with the topic. How would it perform on GPU based computers. I am a radiologist but I only practice part-time; I am interested in AI applications in medicine, particularly medical imaging. Also, I have traded stocks extensively. I am interested in automated trading/HFT. I would love to connect to you on linked in or directly at [masked] or [masked]. Sincerely, Dr. Robert D. Solomon, MD, DABR

Hi Sevak! I read the presentation, and I think GAIuS looks like a pretty cool project. It seems much of the complexity in using the framework is in architecting the topology of primitives. It is suggested in the presentation that some of this complexity may be taken up by the use of genetic algorithms. I am pondering AGI from a related perspective, and I wonder: have you thought much about using genetic or other techniques for learning the utilities? This is needed for true independence.
