Hi. I teach and research at Texas State in San Marcos, in the areas of Web design and online media. And I love live music. That's all you need to know :-)

Are you a hack (content creator, journalist, photographer) or a hacker (developer, designer, engineer)?

I'm really neither and both. I teach online media, have a good set of tech skills, but am not a high-end coder by any means - although I'm willing to learn. I make websites, write, shoot photos, video, blog and host social media.

Are you looking for partners to collborate on a project, and if so, what?

Maybe. I could use some help finishing up a Ruby on Rails project for my class, an application with a database and a visual and interactive front end.
