Am currently in discussions with Professor Michael Koelling of the Computing Laboratory, University of Kent. Michael attended the first Hacks/Hackers meetup last week and very kindly agreed to share his thoughts around programming education in a presentation at the Sept meetup. The hope is to use this opportunity to show the hacks among us a starting point for learning programming skills - and for the hackers to discuss how to encourage a large scale uptake.

    More to come!
