Hi Jamila, we're bummed to hear you didn't find what you wanted at the swap. We didn't anticipate that large of a group to come at once, otherwise we would have had a drop off time. I agree quality control was lacking but that was because we didn't have time to go through each piece thoroughly, with the line that kept growing. Noted for next swap: have drop off time and pick a larger venue. This was our first swap and we are learning from our mistakes. Thanks for coming to our first one!
