Build your Web storytelling toolkit + show and tell

These days, every hack is a one-man band. Build your online storytelling toolkit with a crash course from Danny Sanchez, Audience Development Editor at Sun Sentinel. Danny will demo his favorite tools for making richer web stories, including a few he's built.

Bring your digital projects (in ANY phase of development) for show and tell!

This event will be in FIU's Biscayne Bay Campus Scripps Howard Foundation Multimedia Lab, Academic Center II Building, Room 242

Thanks to FIU's School of Journalism and Mass Communication for hosting!

Got a message asking for a little clarification on tonight's topic that got lost in the vacation shuffle. (FYI, if your email is private, we can't message you back!) Tonight, we'll be learning about some digital tools that can help us produce text, data-driven, photo or video journalism/reported/nonfiction stories for the web. This will we a quick-and-dirty kind of session, demoing a bunch of tools rather than offering a deep dive into just one or two.
