Introduction
Hi, I'm Stefania, a web producer and public insight analyst for The Miami Herald and WLRN 91.3 FM, South Florida's NPR news station. I just started a Ruby on Rails class to develop a fun, better task app. Eventually, I'd like to create news games.
What do you hope to get from this meetup?
I hope this meetup can brainstorm news-oriented projects that build a better sense of community for South Florida and its diversity. I'd like to contribute -- in storyline and development-- to projects that help make news entertaining and informative to readers.
