Let's unite hacks and hackers

Great news, folks. We've confirmed our speakers for the evening:

Hi I'm looking for a hacker that can help me ruin my exgirlfriends chances in getting dates on plenty of fish. Can anyone help me, or point me in the right direction to where I can find someone who will help me ?

    Thank you

Quite good. Both speakers had great insight - the first speaker highlighted great examples of data driven journalism. I'm not a Canadian politics junkie but I was impressed by what the second speaker was able to do with Elections Canada's and other data.

Room full of smart people with great ideas and lots of beer = good night. One fun bit of data: Hacks and Hackers ran up an $800 bar bill, according to pub staff.

I had a great time and wish I could have stayed longer. Super informative, though we have only glimpsed the tip of that iceberg. Looking forward to the next meetup.

Great turnout, lots of energy in the room. Presentations were a big too long - more time to chat would be better.

The guys from cocoaheads will be coming out. Not too sure if they need to explicitly sign up or not. There should be around 10 of us.
