At our last meeting Jim pointed me to The Buffalo Open Data group out of Buffalo, NY. I have reached out to them, and they said they would come talk to us about some of the things they are doing, and discuss possible collaboration.
The meeting will be a brief presentation by Buffalo Open Data, followed by an open forum about possible collaboration.
We should have the room at RIT for some time, so we can finish out the night with an open hacking session.
I'll bring some coffee and donuts. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
Here is a map of RIT's campus for those who are not familior:
We are meeting in the MAGIC center (building previously known as the Student Innovation Center). It is labeled as SIH on the map.
