Hamilton Hills Neighborhood Association (HHNA) is an incorporated community association in the Northeast section of Baltimore, MD. Our boundaries are roughly Harford Road and Old Harford Road to the East, Echodale Avenue to the South, Perring Parkway to the West and the Baltimore City line to the North. This is the 3rd district in Baltimore City. There are around 2,000 households within our neighborhood.
