Always looking for a ride. Getting back into cycling not quite ready for the TdF, but a jaunt down the river sounds great.

I agree
Laura - friendly people, good direction from the leader - with safety tips, maps, forewarning on areas where one might get lost, direction on what to do if some riders get left behind, explanation on gears - very helpful.

Seamus, Can you please update your profile questions for the Hammerin' Wheels Casual bike club to indicate whether or not you agree to the club waiver. I am going to begin removing those who have not yet taken action. Thanks!
James, yes for now they are. All the ride leaders have standing commitments through the fall on Saturdays.
Hey James, ditto what Brian said and if you just stay with us as we transition into our fall/winter training schedule, you'll come out in April a totally different rider easily able to do the Tour de Cure in Roseville(100 mile route).
Hi James, I bet if you ride with the Grupetto group for the next 3-4 months and then start riding with the Peloton group for the following 4-5 months you'll want to knock out the 100 mile Tour de Cure in Roseville next April. Ride on the weekends with CF & do a couple of training rides during the week and you'll be ready in no time! Welcome aboard!
Welcome James See you at the races
Awesome, all 3 of you won something! Hope the new helmet works out for you, the movies are good, and you didn't get a brain freeze from the Big Spoon. See you guys again soon!
Good meeting you, see you on the Davis ride!
