This ride is intended for people who can sustain 10-12 MPH on the flats. We tend to go kinda' fast. Ride should be about 2 hours. If you cannot maintain this pace, you are not being fair to the rest of the riders.

Speed: 8 - 14 mph
Approximately 10 miles with hills, rocks, tree stumps and dirt. We will re-group periodically. This is NOT a beginner trail and has some fairly technical sections.
We'll meet at 2:45 pm and then head down Douglas Blvd to the park entrance. Helmets are required. Please bring a bike in good working condition, water, a spare tube (not a patch kit), a snack (if you want), sunscreen, bug repellant and Technu (if you want).
