It's that time of year again when the sun is out longer and we can ride our bikes after work. Come out and join us for a "social" MTB ride on Thursday nights. We will meet at the Golds Gym parking lot at 6:00PM and peal off 15 minutes later. Don't be late or you can always just catch up to us on the trails. We should have about 90 minutes of riding time. Those of you who would like to ride longer, I would strongly suggest bring out some lights for your bike. We will break out into groups depending on rider turn out.
Novice Group: 6-9 miles of both single track and fire roads. Pace is casual and several ride leaders will ensure you stay on track and return to your cars safely. Elbow and knee pads are recomended. A helmet is a must! Ride at your own risk and have lots of fun! Be sure to bring plenty of water.
Intermediate Group: 9-12 miles, pace moderate and skill level medium. Two ride leaders will keep you on track and within rider format. Helmet is a must and a well tuned bike will keep you moving with the experienced group.
Fast Intermediate Group: 12-15 miles, pace will be aggressive. regroups will be short and two ride leaders will keep you pushing through the single track trails at a fast pace. Helmets and a well tuned bike needed. Bring plenty of water!
All groups will travel in the same direction. This ride is great for beginners and Pros alike. Please bring out a well tuned bike, a helmet and plenty of water. As always, ride safely and at your own risk. We will tail gate after the ride so drinks and food to share would be cool too. Happy trails!
