Enjoy a fantastic evening of Scottish culture, food and drink. The night will kick off with the Haggis being piped in by a real Scottish bagpiper (kilt and all!) followed by recitals of Robbie Burns poetry. A wonderful three course meal will then be served (main course being Haggis, neeps and tatties of course!) with a complimentary whisky toast. (Vegetarian Haggis is available. Let me know if you would want this when you RSVP)
There will be a bar open where you can purchase wine and other beverages. Then you can dance the night away to a live scottish music and do the reels. This is Home-Start in Waverley's main fundraiser for the year and is extremely popular. People come back year after year as it is such a fun event. Home-Start support families facing difficulties who have at least one child under 5.
