We shoud finish around 8:45 so bring your beach stuff and we will have a quick swim before meeting up at Starbuck's on 31st and Atlantic at 9:30. The people in Starbucks will no doubt appreciate that we took a swim:-). Anyone with a GPS, please bring it along.

    •  Angela did great, ran the whole 13.23 miles in 2 hours and 7 minutes. Great job girl!!!!
    •  Awesome run this morning - great social after.
    •  Great run! I loved beginning and ending at the beach- having the ocean there to cool off in after was great! (Just need to make sure I have more quarters for parking.) Also appreciated the opportunity to meet runners from other pace groups after.
    •  It was great meeting everyone, I look forward to future meet-ups!
    •  What a great run! This was fantastic...and I have officially killed the half marathon distance! WOOO HOOO! Thank you so much for organizing these! Jillian you have turned me into an actual runner...remember when I used to question going beyond 6??? Bryan...I can't thank you enough for becoming my trainer. I may whine but the push is excellent and you are fantastic! I can't believe we did the whole thing in under 10 min miles! I love running with this group...you are all amazing and have really changed my life! I can't thank you enough!
    •  Well, it was a very nice run. The pace was good and the run through First Landing really added a new dimension to my weekly long run. Having not run on the trails before, it really created havoc with my calves toward the end but still was a very enjoyable run.
    •  Great to see so many folks come out. Ocean dip was great too.
    •  The run was enjoyable. We split up into 2 groups: one group ran 12 miles, the second group ran 13.1 at a little faster pace. The 13.1 mile run was challenging - I believe we clocked a 9:30 pace. Enjoyed meeting everyone who ran.
