Here's another fall running event!

The Cape Henry Running Festival & Duathlon consists of 3 events, something for nearly any runner. Pick from a 10 mile run; a Duathlon consisting of a 5K run-32K bike-5k run; or a 5K run.

The 10 Miler starts at 8:30 AM; the Duathlon at 9:00; and the 5K starts immediately after the Duathlon start.

See the web-site for details. Registration goes up after 15 September and again after November 1st, so register early if you're interested!

      “ Did anyone else come-out this morning? The race director decided to cnx all the races because of the weather.. there was lightning & some heavy rain on Ft Story. Too bad, it looked like a good turn-out and would have been a great time! No, I didn't stick around to help them get ride of all the beer & bbq they had for the post-race party ; ) I'll schedule a make-up run for Sunday morning at FLSP if anyone is interested. ”
