Introduction
Hi! As a member of the Tidewater Striders I run a number of races, but I would really like to find a few people that run similar paces depending on the distance and make some new friends with similar interests.

This is a fun group of people for those that come out and run with us. We are a very talkative bunch of people and there a few very experienced runners that share their advice and knowledge. You can usually find some of us at the local races too!
