I am down to a 10 minute pace for my shorter runs, but I'd like to sustain that for about 15 miles. I signed up for our Get Fit Challenge team & I'm working on getting my 1/2 marathon time down. I really enjoy running with a group. Great motivation.

"WOW girl....congrats on kicking butt at OBX...1:56...so impressive...your spilts were awesome! 8:37's from the girl that when I started running thought she was a 10 min miler. I miss running with you...cause now all I will see is your dust but am so happy for you and proud of you! Now that I can't run with you we will have to do drinks or something!
