Handstand Fundamentals Workshop
This workshop will teach you all about learning the basics of how to perform the Handstand. You will learn the method that I used and learned with success, to help me get off the wall and freestand in the middle of the floor. We will also cover in great detail what you should feel, how to breathe and how to align your body when you are in a Handstand. You will also learn new exits and entry strategies when practicing them. This includes spending a good amount of time going over the proper joint preparation that is required to keep your joints healthy and strong.
This workshop is for beginners as well as advanced trainees. I will make sure to cater to everyone's individual needs.
When you walk away from this workshop you will have a better understanding of what it takes to balance on your hands and how to progress efficiently so you can move away from the wall and do it freestanding.
