Hello, I am interested in fermented foods because I have become lactose intolerant and am looking for healthy substitutes for yogurt.
Never eat anything you saw in an advertisement.
I look at multiple books and multiple sources on the Internet to see how others have done it with success.
Everything and nothing. Everything, in the sense that I never know how I am going to react, on any given day, to something as simple as a boiled egg or a cup of coffee. Nothing, in the sense that I never make anything that I have not researched thoroughly first.
