Make yourself at home - welcome to the HOTCOE Meetup!

HOTCOE stands for Hands-On Training & Career Opportunities for Everyone. We are the best at providing the general public with (a) hands-on experience, (b) access to just-in-time education, and/or (c) robust job marketing services.

Our group is an outreach of Career Network Ministry (CNM), the largest job seeker service provider in the Washington, DC metro area.

Our group is created for:

• Career discoverers exploring their career calling
• Aspiring professionals launching new careers (obviously, when those careers have already been identified)
• Professionals (a) giving back to the community, (b) leading training and other activities to gain new experience, (c) taking advantages of our robust marketing and public relationships' services, and/or (d) looking for additional income
• Recruiters and employers performing their professional duties
• Everyone willing to improve technology and people's skills

Often, our graduates and/or CNM volunteers are our trainers. Our professional training providers are:

• The Office of Business Development, a division of Virginia Institute of Technology (VIT), which is committed to bridging people's needs for meaningful employment and employer demands in business development, digital marketing, and human resources.
• Bskol Global Campus (Belarus), which serves our participants 24/7 online (HTML, Linkedin, MS Excel 2013, PMP, SEO, UX, WordPress).

Generous grants of International Club, a non-profit corporation in Washington, DC cover participants' expenses.

We have proudly helped hundreds of people to gain meaningful skills, knowledge and abilities, as well as to land dream jobs and to make existing ones better. Please check out our group Photos.
