Directions from within Toronto
Public transit is just walking distance away from Rogers Centre facility. Subway stations close by are: Union Station (also a GO Transit station) and St. Andrews Station. From Union Station, walk west along the south side of Front Street to Rogers Centre or take the convenient SkyWalk which will lead you to the foot of the CN Tower (next door to Rogers Centre). The King Street streetcar connects at St. Andrews station and stops at the end of both John Street and Peter Street for access to Rogers Centre. The LRT (Light Rapid Transit) train line runs along Queen's Quay from Union Station and stops at Spadina at the south end of Rogers Centre. The LRT also stops at Rees Street. Walk north on Rees from Queen's Quay to north side of Bremner Blvd. for the Gate 7 entrance to the facility (in use during events only) as well as Rogers Centre Box Office.

Directions from West of Toronto
The Rogers Center is easily accessible using the 400 series highways from west of the city. Take the 401 east past the Pearson International Airport and then take the 427 south to the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) highway (eastbound) to downtown Toronto. The QEW divides into the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Blvd. — both of which will take you to Rogers Centre facility. Take the Spadina Ave exit (north) from the QEW or the Rees St. (north) exit from Lakeshore Blvd. to Rogers Centre.
Directions from East of Toronto
If visiting Toronto from the east travel via Highway 401 (the MacDonald Cartier Freeway), exit at the Don Valley Parkway southbound to the Gardiner Expressway west to the Spadina Avenue exit (north) to Rogers Centre.

It was a great game, my partner and I enoyed it. I am not sure what the "meet-up" theme is all about because it seemed that we were all in scattered seats, which may possibly because there were lots of empty seats around us but I had no idea who was or wasn't attending this event.
