This is a group class setting with a certified instructor using tools such as kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, suspension trainers, and other fun and different equipment! No matter if you are just starting out or if you've been working out for a while, this boot camp is for you. We accommodate all fitness levels - we guarantee you'll feel different, move different, look different and play different! This type of training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full-body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.
