Let's meet to discuss our Happiness Projects!

The purpose of this group is to help members create their own "Happiness Project", whatever that may look like.

We got started by studying the book "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin, subtitled: "Or, Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun."

We'll explore questions like:

  • What makes you feel good? What activities do you find fun, satisfying, or energizing?
  • What makes you feel bad? What are sources of anger, irritation, boredom, frustration, or anxiety in your life?
  • Is there any way you don't feel right about your life?
  • In what elements of your life do you find progress, learning, challenge, improvement, and increased mastery?

IN AUGUST 2013: We'll begin to study Gretchen's new book, Happier At Home, which follows a school-year calendar.

To prepare for each meeting, read the chapter from Happier at Home that corresponds to the month that we are having our meeting.

Anyone can join, but especially those of you who want to create more happiness, joy and contentment in your life.

Join now to help shape our group and start getting happier TODAY!

I enjoy talking, uplifting conversation not sure if Im going to gainesville with my daughter that weekend for a high school leadership conference. The ride situation up in the air. I am a closet flower child and shinny happy person in a stressful world. My philosophy is the world is right in front of you look up from the smart phone.
