Happy Hearts Laughter Yoga is the place to be in 2013!

Please join us Sunday, February 17 from 5:30-6:30 pm for Laughter Yoga THEN BONUS FUN at 7 pm (see link at bottom of the page).

Suggested donation: $5-10 to cover cost of the space and to support Laughter Yoga in your community.

*Please feel free to bring friends!*

Raise the bar on what it feels like to feel good. Experience the release, lightness, and joy that comes from letting your guard down and letting your good flow. Ease and flow are central to manifesting what we wish for in life and in Happy Hearts Laughter Yoga we will tap into the energy of laughter, play, movement, sound, and breath and increase our vibrational harmony with our desires.

Let go of your day, your week- how about all your issues?- for one joyful hour of fun! We will engage in cathartic, invigorating, and playful laughter exercises interspersed with gentle stretches and deep breathing. Laughter Yoga is a ton of fun and seriously good for your body and your emotions. It's a fantastic way to release tension, shift energy, and get your blood pumping. The “feel good energy” created by laughter, cascading endorphins, emotional release, and group energy gives us a lift and naturally contributes to an atmosphere of celebration, joyful support, and positive energy.

Good feelings, new friends, and inspired fun is what it’s all about! Please join us!

BONUS FUN: After class, we will head over to Shine for "Truth Be Told," Boulder's bi-monthly story slam. It starts at 7 pm and costs $5. Here's the link: http://www.johannawalker.com/truth-be-told/

Please RSVP and remember to bring water.

I look forward to laughing with you soon!

Happy Hearts!

Wonderful! My face hurt from all of the smiling and laughing. Afterwards, a general good feeling stayed with me ....

It was great to have you and Carmen join us last night Darlene. Thanks for your energy!

Carmen thought it was wild to see adults behaving like little kids! She loved it and so did I! However, you should warn people of the side effects: facial pain - from all of the smiling and laughing (I am out of shape in this area); spontaneous residual laughter - we laughed all the way to Littleton; and "non-sensical aftergrin" the joyful state of grinning for no reason at all! If you could bottle these side effects, you would be a millionaire. We will not miss the next class....

Sorry to miss the group tonight... I needed to stay close to home... learning to let home be nurturing. Until next time.

It would be fun if we had a few more people. Let's all think of additional people to invite.

Hi Mark! Yes, inviting people is always a great idea and welcomed! And just so you know, I have an email list of about 30 people who aren't on the meetup group and so sometimes the numbers shown above don't accurately reflect the number of folks. see you later! Jen
