Laughter Yoga Workshop and/or Leader Training Part I

All over the world Laughter Yoga is becoming known and sought after. Do it on the beach, at work, as part of a seminar, in your health care practice, community or meditation group...start a laughing club anywhere. We need more people who'd love to learn this and share it! The fun and the health benefits are amazing, plus we all know that laughter just feels great! It's easy to lead, anyone can do it, all ages, all walks of life.

Reserving this day to start a Laughter Yoga Leader Training.
Generally trainings start on a Friday evening and continue on a Saturday (full day) and a Sunday (full day) ... however I've been told splitting it up between two weekends is less tiring and gives the attendees the time to practice and examine their goals with Laughter Yoga.
The second part of this training will be next Sunday with a shorter evening meeting in between (optional)

EVENT DESCRIPTION

This is a 2 day training where you'll not only learn more about how to lead a Laughter Yoga session with a variety of students, but you'll have lots of time and support to practice your skills in your unique way.

This experiential (and often life-transforming) Certified Laughter Yoga Leader training will:
Give you a thorough understanding of Laughter Yoga, and make sure that you are able to confidently talk about it and never run short of exercise ideas
Help you how to add more laughter into your life by helping you understand the underlying principles of the "Inner Spirit Of Laughter"
Show you how to release tension in a safe and positive manner
Inspire and empower you to start and run a Laughter Club
Teach you the skills and and give you the confidence to teach laughter yoga classes, both with the general public and special needs groups.
