This is the best time of the year to be outside enjoying the weather and some great music.
Hopefully it won't be raining and we can get our laugh on.
I will contact all who RSVP'd YES the morning of July 22nd if there are any updates.
Also will give you my cell # if you can't find the group.
Bring your own take-out dinner or snacks for the concert (unless you want to eat a gross burger from the Shake Shack) If you want a good burger, right above 23rd on PAS, there is a great burger place ... so if you take the 6 train and get off at 23rd & PAS it would be convenient.
At 6:00 pm we will gather by the fountain just beyond the Shake Shack then find a comfy spot to laugh. Please be prompt. This event will be ending no later than 7pm, when the music starts.
Following our laughter there will be a concert
(optional)-
Folk singer and guitarist Jonatha Brooke was just one of a select group of artists to be invited into the Guthrie Archives to create new works from his vast collection of lyrics, prose, poetry and artwork. Hear the startingly beautiful outcome collected on her self-released album The Works and live in Madison Square Park.
This promises to be a GREAT evening, (if it doesn't rain
)
Hope to see many of you there!
